The USEPA has continued their program of targeted enforcement directed towards the ready-mixed concrete and aggregate (stone, sand & gravel) mining industries. This enforcement has included significant penalties against some of the largest concrete companies in the US, as well as strict, focused enforcement inspections against facilities large and small.
